Upcoming Children’s Book | Uno’s Law Launch

When rules are broken… justice answer.

Uno’s Law Launch is an upcoming children’s book in the Forest of Friends series about rules, mischief, problem-solving, and Uno’s unforgettable personality.

Uno’s Law is currently in development as part of the Forest of Friends book universe. This upcoming children’s book introduces Uno’s funny, curious, and sometimes unhinged way of trying to understand the world around him. In Uno’s world, rules matter—but so do choices, consequences, patience, and learning how to solve a problem before frustration takes over.

This launch page gives readers a first look at the direction of the story, the character behind Uno’s Law, and the playful emotional lessons connected to the book. Families who enjoy animal characters, humor, problem-solving, and expressive storytelling can follow along as Uno’s story continues to take shape.

Although the book is not yet complete, the heart of the story is already clear: Uno is learning that every action has a consequence, every rule has a reason, and every big feeling needs a better solution than going fully unhinged.

How Uno’s Law Connects to Emotional Learning

Uno’s Law connects to emotional learning because Uno often faces moments of frustration, curiosity, and problem-solving. Children can use Uno’s story to talk about what happens when big feelings arrive before a plan is ready.

This also connects to Visual-Narrative Emotional Comprehension, or VNEC, because young readers can examine posture, facial expression, setting, and character action before deciding what Uno may feel. Instead of quickly labeling Uno as silly, upset, or mischievous, children can ask, “What do I see?” and “What evidence supports my thinking?”
